I had been in a bad car accident and was not at fault. My brand new car I had only had for 3 months was totaled. I was devastated and didn’t know what to do. I had injuries that prevented me from working for months. I reached out to an attorney after a friend suggested I do so and I’m so very glad I did. Having Mark fighting relentlessly for me, and the settlement I deserved was, quite honestly, one of the only things that gave me hope while I was going through those several dark months. I couldn’t see the light at the end of a very long and dark tunnel until I hired him to help me. He was not only incredibly reassuring and highly professional- he was so personable and relatable and down to earth. It felt like a friend was fighting along side me and not a stranger fighting off in the distance while I watched like I had always imagined it would be. That relatability and the trust it brings added an insane amount of comfort to an immensely uncomfortable and uncertain situation. Mark was always quick to reply to any email I had with questions and concerns. He even accompanied me to a Dr visit where the opposing counsel was having my injuries assessed. They tried to keep him from being in the room with me during the exam but he stood his ground firmly and professionally and say beside me the entire time. Even walked to the car with me afterwards. It was nerve wracking and uncharted territory for me but he was a rock through it all for me, even making jokes and lightening the mood from time to time. In the end, I won the case- Mark won my case. I was granted a settlement for way more than I had originally thought I’d get. I cannot thank Mark enough for fighting for me, advocating on my behalf and standing up for me every chance he had and for getting me what I deserved. He’s definitely someone you want on your side!!!
