Richard has been extremely helpful and patient guiding me through the US Permanent Residency Application (NIW) and Adjustment of Status Process. He is experienced, knowledgeable, professional and always available. He has helped me to get paperwork done and go over interview questions. Thanks to his assistance, my Green Card process went very smoothly and I was able to receive the card in a short amount of time. I highly recommend him.

I had some issues with my previous attorney, so I found Richard as my new attorney. I got rejected on PERM process two times with the previous attorney, but I just got the PERM approval with Richard by one single try. I should have done it through Fleischer's office from the first step. He is very professional with many many years of experience. I strongly recommend him for any immigration work!
