After being in an accident a friend told me to go to Mann & Mann and I thought that they usually stick with employment cases or probate cases. To say the least, I was wrong.
I have dealt with attorneys before and for the most part they have come off as condescending or will not even speak to you unless you're ready to give them a downpayment of 400-500 dollars right then and there. Thankfully, that was not the case with Michael Mann. He was personable, understanding, and gave me helpful advice from start to finish. Whenever I had a question, he was patient enough to make sure that I understood what was going on. I never felt like I was in the dark or I didn't have a say in what was going on. In general, I am a very busy person - juggling back-to-back family events and always at work. With that being said, they are flexible in communication.
In my opinion, the legal system and court system is a bumpy road. I'm not saying that, my case was perfect and through each procedural part that is was 'smooth sailing'- that would be ridiculous. But, I don't think I would have been treated as well and had found an attorney who was devoted to fight for me if I would not have listened to my friend. Hence, second to none - in all aspects.

Did little or nothing to prepare me on what to expect from him or the legal process.
Probably sincere about civil rights cases. but that was not my case. I do think he likes to fight for those he sees as wronged.
Did not always listen carefully or fully appreciate my situation dynamics and lacked mediation skills.
A most unpleasant and bumptious paralegal runs his office.
