I talked to many, many DUI attorney's for consultations on my situation. Joe Suhre was the ONLY one that did not speak at 100mph. He was the ONLY one that let me ask all the questions I had without making me feel like a burden. He was the ONLY one that didn't seem like he was just out for my money. And he was the ONLY one that made me feel comfortable and at ease about the situation. He uses an online portal for everything which I found very convenient with my busy schedule and I was able to access all of my documents and court details at all times because of it. He also answers your messages through the portal very promptly. Joe Suhre goes above and beyond and you will not be disappointed with his efforts! I highly, highly recommend him for any DUI cases.

Joe is amazing. He got me an amazing outcome where I had dug myself into a big hole. People told me that he couldn't do anything in Clermont county because he's primarily in Hamilton county I was nervous, but when we went to court it was refreshing to see him be on a first name basis with so many people at the court house. Not only did he accept a payment plan when nobody really wanted to but he jumped right on my case and like I said got me a amazing outcome. Trust me it's the best feeling in the world when you have Joe and the prosecutor and the judge up at the stand laughing with eachother. I can't say enough about how much relief he brought me and my family. I highly recommend him.

Suhre and Associates proved to be an outstanding law firm. Mr. Joe Suhre along with his paralegal, Amanda, could not have been any kinder and more importantly, more competent. Every step of the way they treated me with great respect as well. Watching other attorneys in the court room the day of the trial I was able to witness how bad it could have been for me if I had made another choice for representation. Joe had done his homework to understand the particulars of my case and knew how to negotiate my plea options with the right people. Joe is an excellent attorney. He represented me on a very tough OVI case. But he made everything go smooth and charges dismissed. He knows the court arena well, and has a strong knowledge of how to handle special circumstances in cases like mine. I highly recommend Joe and his firm.

An awesome law firm if you are convicted of an OVI or other things. Mr. Rob Healey did an outstanding job on my case. I received the bare minimum which was the best outcome that i could have wished for. Would recommend the firm to anyone. Thanks again!!!!!!!

Alright so picture this. You’ve just applied for this awesome job and gotten your offer letter. The only thing left is the background check which you’re sure you will be fine on. 2:00pm Friday you get a call from the employer stating you have a warrant for your arrest and you live in a different state. Total chaos ensues! What do you mean I have a warrant? Talk to the clerk of courts and sure enough I’ve got a bench warrant for something I was sure was handled. Insert Joe Suhre (aka Superman). First let me just say his professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond is unparalleled by any lawyer you will find. I am frantic and looking for a solution and Joe calms me down and looks through my file. After about a 5 minute conversation I’m convinced he can help. I decide to call back to Joe and have him represent me (which he did without me being present since I live in another state). Here is what is really amazing. I made my call after 5pm and he and his assistants had already left for the day. Joe reached back out to me personally and took care of everything (9pm on a Friday night). Best part is that he handled my case on Monday and boom its all taken care of. So, do yourself a favor and just hire him to represent you he will go above and beyond and you will be completely satisfied with the results.

Expensive but was willing to work with my situation. I ended up getting everything i wanted and more especially with the good luck we had in the court! I hope to never need him again, but if that is the case i wouldn’t call anyone else besides joe!

Dont waste your time, after 6 months of waiting and emailing MR Durst he dropped the ball and I got nothing. he calls after 6 months wanting a retainer after he said he did not need one
