I have fortunately only had to call Mr. Rubenstein on a couple of occasions. Both occasions were for small incidents such as fighting a traffic ticket and to deal with a previous employer. In both instances Mr. Rubenstein was attentive, cordial, knowledgeable and prompt. He was able to resolve the issues quickly and to my favor. He has always answered the phone, if he is able, or calls back as soon as he can. He also has advised me whenever I have a legal question. I can't say how helpful he has been. He has also worked with several friends of mine and helped them win their cases. I highly recommend Mr. Rubenstein.

I hired Mr. Rubenstein to assist with a bizarre case that was brought against my special-needs child by a school employee. Mr. Rubenstein's extensive expertise allowed us to get a dismissal on all charges despite the employee's vendetta against my child. Additionally, he was tremendously kind and caring toward my very frightened little girl.

Needless to say our case was anything BUT Typical we were complicated but Scott FIXED IT... His services are priceless and life changing.
