I hired Sierra for a custody issue and she helped my mother and me reach a settlement that everyone was happy with. She was very upfront about the facts and I never felt unprepared. Sierra was truly there for me throughout my entire case - she was always available to answer questions and always followed through. She helped me prepare for a difficult case and fought hard the entire time. I couldn't have asked for a better representative when I needed one the most.

In 2008 our family got an urgent call to medical foster a 4 year old from Indonesia. This child had been set on fire and needed critical medical care in Cincinnati at Shrines Hospital. We immediately agreed to welcome this child into our home. Little did we know this would be the beginning of a 15 year journey of permanent custody and US citizenship. Blake’s name was given to us in 2010 to help us navigate this international anomaly. Blake never hesitated and offered to volunteer his services and time when he saw how dire this child’s situation was. Blake never wavered and always remained optimistic that our daughter would someday be our legal child and have US citizenship. He saw this case to its completion. Our daughter is sworn in as a citizen on February 9th, 2023. A week later she turns 19 years old. Her life has been forever changed and blessed by the help, compassion, work and dedication of Blake Somers. Our family is forever grateful! No words nor gifts could express our sincere thankfulness and appreciation for Blake’s sacrificial hard work over all of these years.

We eventually were able to get our daughter-in-law and grad-children visas but it was a frustrating process. The office had an excellent paralegal that was meticulous and thorough!! She left to work somewhere else and it became a nightmare. I discovered how important a paralegal can be because she was doing most of the footwork. We paid top dollar thinking all my basis were covered. We had to pay more Money and do some of the work myself. Maybe I just seeker their service at the wrong time I don’t know….. this was 2 years ago I’m sure things should be better now…

Sierra represented me for a dissolution. I had been working with another attorney from a different firm for a few months and we mutually parted ways because of uncontrollable circumstances. I had a complicated case, and Sierra was compassionate and thorough, asking difficult questions to hear, but getting a full understanding of the situation. Because of her research, when it came to court, the other side just looked very unprepared, and it was very noticeable. Thanks to her efforts, I won my case and would recommend Sierra highly.

I researched a couple attorneys with regards to some custody issues with my child's mother. After meeting with Sierra I was immediately aware that she was the one I wanted representing me. Sierra was extremely knowledgeable and her calm demeanor was very comforting as I was dealing with a stressful situation. Sierra was very attentive and understanding but also explained things in a way that help me understand things, even when they were not in my favor. Had a horrible experience with this attorney. After spending several months and six thousand dollars, there was no resolution. Wasted time and money for maybe seven or eight questions to be asked and for the case to conclude. And irrelevant questions at that. As the non-custodial parent, got blamed for a SA on a minor that I didn't even have any contact with. The trial was a sh$t show and unreal. This should have been an easy case to win. Careless and incompetent. I was relieved she resigned shortly after my case.
