I never thought I would be in a situation to need to hire a divorce attorney, but life sometimes blindsides you .My divorce got very ugly very fast and Trista was exactly what I needed . It was also very satisfying that my now ex - husband was terrrifed of her , I appreciated her being straight forward and honest , and with me at the time being so emotional, I could just say to her "I need you to be the logical part of brain and think clearly for me , because I just can't " and completly trust she would take care of everything , and do what was best for me . There was alot of court involved in my situation, and even more drama , I could not be more happy with how Trista handled herself in a court room , she is a beast ,extremley organized and has complete control over any situation ,after a long year of court battles ,everything went in my favor and she put me in a better finacial situation than I ever could have thought of post divorce , she was very creative in coming up soulutions to very unique circumstances Trista made all the peices fall together for me , and I could not be more thankful for her .

I had a particularly intense, combative divorce situation. Trista Goldberg had to be very patient and very creative in figuring out how to really help me. She spent time figuring out a very detailed parenting plan that could work. To this day we use the custody schedule she created and drew up, which was difficult due to our non-traditional work schedules. As things continued to be combative post divorce, Trista researched parenting coordination and our case was among the first in Hamilton County to use a parenting coordinator. This saved me many thousands of dollars post divorce, and truly helped my children. In addition to going above the norm to figure out how to help my particular case, Trista had a very soothing and encouraging manner in "talking me down from the ledge." I have also been impressed with her understanding of the law. She "gets" what to say in court and how to say it. My divorce was a "Katrina"- not a Category 5 storm but one that has caused enormous damage because it lingered for a long time, pouring down the rain.
