Husband injured in March and just phoned us tonight 8/9/24 and said they felt they had no case but we could contact another lawyer if we wanted. I believe just not enough .money in it for them. They were supplied with everything needed and waited almost 6 months to say "no case". Will never recommend them for anything.

Blake Maislin handled a case before for me and did an excellent job. Though the accident I suffered from and where I had to have my hip replaced went downhill very quickly. The attorney I was given would not contact me to let me know about anything that was going on and I would have to call the office after 3 or 4 months of dead silence to find something out only to find out that he does not call people back. When we finally met with the attorneys from the other side the gentleman that hit me admitted that he hit me and that it was his fault for not looking. His attorney said we had a dog in the fight and my attorney said nothing. When we met with the attorneys for the insurance they said they brought a small amount to the table and my attorney said absolutely nothing to get that amount higher since we had medical bills that needed to be paid. It was only my insistence that they pony up more money at the closing or I would have received absolutely nothing. Busalled Funk & Zeverly are attorneys that I trust now and no longer the Blake Maislin outfit. Their commercials that they will fight for you are completely false. They will only fight for you if it's a clear-cut victory for them and not one in which they have to get into the trenches for you. I will never use them again for anything after the extreme disappointment of what little bit I got from my pathetic attorney who does not make any phone calls to inform and does not care whatsoever about the case except to get his fees paid.

The attorneys from the Law Office of Blake Maislin have been nothing short of amazing! Being a homeowner of nearly 50 years, paying our insurance premiums in full and on time, we expected coverage and protection from our insurance company if ever needed. How wrong we were. A tree hit our house during a windstorm, causing substantial damage to our home. Unfortunately, our insurance company offered a small percentage of the actual repairs estimate, with a take it or leave it attitude. Contacting Blake Mailin's law office was the best action we could have taken to protect our biggest asset, our home. They were swift, professional, and reassuring. From the beginning of this stressful journey, our attorney has worked diligently on our behalf to have our home restored to the original condition, without the insurance companies' intentions of unsightly patching of roof and siding. We are very grateful to them for all they've done to see us through, from beginning to end. Our greatest and most sincere thank you to the law offices of Blake Maislin and staff.

They were horrible and Stephanie is very rude … doesn’t reply very nasty on the phone and person . Took literally forever to settle my case and it was a simple case over alll I would never ever use them again

If I could give this company a negative zero I would! There's a lack of care and concern, when dealing with them. It seems as if the only concern is their 33.3 nothing more or less. There is absolutely no communication, unless you are calling them to check on your case. This is the worst firm that I became attached to. If you are thinking about working with this company, RUN and save your time or have at it and jump into hell fire with gasoline pants on feeling neglected and set aside. Beware, commercials lie.
