Called the office on Thursday November 1st 2018 around 9am because I had just slipped and fell at a Gas station. The lady who answered the phone said she was going to transfer me but instead she hung up on me. I thought it might have been an issue with the phones so I called back and the same woman hung up on me again. BAD first impression if a business. I got ahold of another firm who is happy to take my case

I was in a car wreck a year ago with my son and mother. I was not at fault. They sent me a new car seat within days of the accident. But when it came to the money I only recieved a couple hundred dollars and it was about 7 months later. My mother still has not received her settlement or even an offer. I wouldn't use Blake and will never use them again.

I have had the utmost pleasure of dealing with the law offices of Blake Maislin. My attorney Amanda Reiger was wonderdul to work with, as well as Blake himself! This law office took on my case , which has lasted from Jan of 2016 until Sept of 2018. My case albeit a simple case, had various challenges due to my family and I moving out of state to Colorado, a 2 car low impact collision in a parking lot and pre-existing conditions that I had. Although, the outcome was not favorable for myself or my attorneys, I would not change a thing! From day one, I was treated as a person, not a case number. Amanda kept in contact with me frequently, through calls, emails , skype ans text messages. This firm cares about you as a PERSON, first and foremost, and although it was very stressful , I wouldn't want any other law firm at my side. Thank you Amanda and Blake for everything, I sincerely love you guys from the bottom of my heart! I experienced a ‘slip and fall’ with a bad injury to my wrist/arm. One firm I contacted was very patronizing and told me I did not have a case. At the suggestion of my nephew, I contacted Mr. Maislin’s office for another opinion. Jon Clemons from Mr. Maislin’s office became my attorney and today we settled the lawsuit. I was so pleased with the thoroughness, kindness, compassion and professionalism my husband and I experienced. They were always there to answer any questions and help us as we moved through the legal process. I totally recommend Mr. Maislin’s firm and Mr. Clemons and thank them from the bottom of my heart.

I used this office for an auto accident in 2009. I was t-boned, my car was totalled and I lost a week of work and failed my 1st semester of collage due to pain and physical therapy appointments. This office said the therapy was KEY to our victory in court, so I made sure I went. Long story short, it took 5 years and I was passed along to 3 different lawyers in this firm. I was awarded 4500.00 in the settlement. 2000 went to the law office, 2000 went to the physical therapist and I was givin a check for 526.83. My car was totalled, I had to pay my own insurance deductible(1000), lost of work (986.00) and I had to retake all my courses from my 1st semester(1392.00). I lost money, time and peace of mind using this law firm. It cost me money to use Blake. Not to mention when I was contacted, they told me their fee would only be 25%, but when it came time to pay, they told me it was 33%. They lied, but hey I guess that's lawyers for ya. Overall I would rather self represent then ever let this office handle any legal matter ever again. Ambulance chaser indeed

first their commercials are annoying ....we review for our members and they left a local celebrity hanging for two years which is not kewl. Regarding medical claim. But they did help with accident claim. So they get two stars

Tragically, I had lost the ability to move my lower body after a disastrous car accident 8 months ago. After 6 months of physical therapy, I was able to hobble for at least 30 minutes. In that time, I had reached the Law Offices of Blake R. Maislin. When I had shown up; one of his associates stuck their leg out and tripped me. I don't know much about law, so I trusted their decision. After roughly 2 hours of laying on the hard floor of Blake R. Maislin's Law Offices, I had mustered the strength to at least crawl to his office. He had agreed to take my case, although I had only gotten what roughly amounted to $3.25, while he pocketed the 6 grand. Overall, I'd highly recommend, and gladly get into another life threatening accident just to hire them again!
