From a dollars and cents perspective - his knowledge of complex financial situations is a superpower he possesses over other attorneys he works with. And I should know, my Ex went through 3 attorneys. All had to struggle to keep up with him. From a negotiation standpoint - he is undeniable and pushes for his clients, but also for what is fair and just. From an emotional standpoint- it is not lost on Zach that this is a highly emotionally charged process. Consummate Attorney I have had the good fortune to work with Zach Smith over the course of several challenging years dealing with post decree issues. My situation was complex and highly antagonistic. From a legal perspective, it involved issues ranging from shared parenting, finances, a GAL investigation, contempt of court motions, and even intersected with another completely separate court case. As both a lawyer and a guide Zach was able to sift through, prioritize, strategize, and address all these issues. Zach was quick to identify our goal and translated that into a message that was clear and concise. Zach really helped me at a very difficult time. He protected my assets of my multigenerational family business. Division of assets were fairly divided and met each persons expectations without much “back and forth” bickering. Emails and/or phone calls were answered in a timely manner making me feel a little more comfortable during this unfortunate time of my life. I would recommend Zach to anyone going through a divorce.
