Where to began.... First let me give thanks to YAHWEH, creator of the heavens, earth and sea for making a way out of no way. My sons case was given to Brian Goldberg. He knew my son by name. Always was punctual and had excellent communication. He was friendly, gave recommendations and heard our feelings, thoughts and emotions of the case that was at hand. Mr. Goldberg was very thorough even finding a clerical error from the police/court - im assuming - to where my son would have been charged twice, 6 times, within a set of cases/charges. Brian noticed it, questioned the court, and out of 12 charges, 4 was said to be the same one. Mr. Goldberg worked diligently to help my teen as much as he could but also never promising anything. However, he gave us enough information that we knew what the maximum penalty of each charge would be as well as the minimum. He sent out reminder texts/courtesy texts the day before court which we appreciated. It felt as if he was prepared and ready to argue our case. It was a pleasure working with him. Always kind. Always available within reasonable timing to communicate with. My family is grateful and pray the Almighty bless him tremendously. He definitely has a craft!

Jessica and Geoff were infinitely patient with me as SSA took 5 years to approve my disability. Jessica clearly explained the process when we first met. And she was extremely thorough when prepping me for my hearing. In between, Geoff quickly responded to my many emails with nothing but politeness even when frustrations with SSA got the best of me and my emails lacked politeness. In the first months after being approved, I've had a few questions that I've emailed Geoff about just as quickly and politely as before. The marvelousness of their work became undeniable when talking to someone using a different law firm. While waiting for their hearing, they barely had any contact with their lawyer's office. When they did speak, it wasn't for long, they were told very little about what was going on, and there was no prep work or discussions done before their hearing. I highly recommend Jessica and Geoff if you're filling for disability.

We engaged Jessica Davis to handle our son's SSI claim during the pandemic, and didn't get a chance to meet in person until it was time to prep for his hearing.
