Good lawyer

We found ourselves in a very bad situation with needing a criminal defense attorney for our son, and we had the fortunate circumstance of another attorney calling us and telling us that he had already contacted Rich on our behalf. That was a ray of sunshine for us. We already had scheduled an initial consult with a local attorney for us and had the fortune of meeting with Rich prior to that appt. We left Rich's office that day feeling like he would work for us and with us for the best possible outcome for our son. The next attorney was rude, arrogant and did not make us feel as comfortable as Rich did. We left that office feeling that it was all about the money. We retained Rich that night and have never regretted that decision. I feel that Rich is very professional, courteous and easy to speak with. He always called with any new developments in the case and was very prompt at returning our phone calls and emails. He also has patience in dealing with the family and the multitude of questions that came up. At this time Rich has represented my son for over a year and he continues to finalize the process. In May of 2016 I made a terrible choice and was subsequently arrested and charged with a misdemeanor. My family hired Richard to represent my brother in a criminal case. I called him on a Sunday morning and just a few hours later he was meeting with my brother at the jail.
