The team from Elk &Elk explained what I could expect from my case.They returned my telephone calls and knew about my case. without me explaining the case to them. When I submitted a complaint for a consultation, they not only flat-out refused to reach back out to me - but instead STOLE MY LAWSUIT and filed for themselves. Don't trust this business, it will steal all your money and take YOUR lawsuit for themselves!

After I was initially denied Social Security disability benefits I contacted Elk & Elk. The associates at Elk & Elk gathered my information, filed my appeal, and went to work on my behalf. I was approved for disability benefits months earlier than I expected. The process was very easy.
Elk & Elk knows how to cut through the governmental red tape. If you deserve benefits they will get you benefits. Please take my advice. Elk & Elk is top notch!!
