This lawyer mulvey lied to my husband after his mother died and assisted his brother in schemes that will have this once close nit family in division and turmoil for many yrs to come. He gave a verbal contract to my husband telling him if he signs papers to allow his brother to license six cars his mom left behind that he will advance his ten grand of his inheritance to which after using those papers to put all cars in his brother's name he backed out the agreement to advance the money leading to us being homeless for the first time in our entire lives. My husband had to get a church to help file a civil suit against the brother and this lawyer and we had to wait till a house my husband owned a 3rd of sold to prove the verbal agreement was malicious from the start as no advance was ever giving even after the home sold . They used the excuse they advance the money once satisfied he was out the house and they even sold the property proving they had full access and never gave the advance which a judge told us was the only way to prove malice was to let them completely sell the property and still never give the advance to prove malice intent . This lawyer could of guided his brother down a moral path that his mother would of wanted and instead he assisted him down a path that caused unreconcilable differences pain and heart break that this family will never recover from . If your in need of a good lawyer who assists in schemes and family drama this is your guy but if you want a professional lawyer with a good moral standing this is not him. I found the folks, Barbara and Mr. Mulvey , with whom I worked to be very supportive and extremely responsive when I needed to speak with them. I found Barbara to be very efficient and she seemed to go out of her way to assist me with my needs. I would highly recommend this firm.
