I found Mark as a result of an internet search for a case against a former employer in which I was injured on the job. My employer refused to acknowledge the injury and my job was on the line. Mark was the cavalry riding to my rescue. Not only did I keep my job, Mark forced the employer to pay what was fair through the Ohio BWC. We have now settled the case on a manner that was fair and just for all parties. This brings me much pleasure because Mark pursued what was fair for everyone. He didn't go "ambulance-chasing" like so many injury based lawyers do. He fought for my rights and what was rightfully owed. To say that Mark is an honorable credit to his profession is a just and fair assessment. He conducted my case in the way that a prudent professional should. Though I hope that I never have need for Mark's services again, he will inevitably be my first choice and my first refferal in the future should the need arise.
