My parents were long over-due for estate planning and Tonya VanBenschoten made the process of explaining how a living trust and a will is created and executed extremely painless. Though having a living will and trust is something we should all do as soon as we are adults and have assets, my parents, like so many people, put it off for fear that it would be a cumbersome process. In light of the pandemic we are experiencing, having a living trust in place gives my parents some comfort if something unexpected occurs. Tonya VanBenschoten is professional and her services made us realize that not only is the process fairly straight forward, but it lifted a huge psychological burden off my parents' shoulders--that of worrying about the future and the complication that can arise from probate, etc. Tonya has my highest recommendation for anyone in need of an estate planning attorney.
