Mr. Sauter at the end of our telephone consult told me he would return to me after looking into all the information we had consulted about on the phone. At age 70 I desperately need help. After a week no call back. I left a message, but no response. I have left about 4 messages over the last month but no call back. Mr Sauter had quoted a likely price for what might needed. I told him that would be fine. I am still waiting for his services.
