Not only were they incredible attorneys but they also were very delicate, kind and respectful with my very emotional case for wrongful death of my husband. Attorney Eric Allen and his paralegal Daphne were WONDERFUL to work with. My case (involving a car accident, multiple surgeries, physical therapy, etc.) was completely overwhelming to me having never dealt with such a thing before. From the first meeting with Eric, it was clear that working with him was the right choice and that was confirmed throughout our entire working relationship when, at every turn, he and Daphne handled every single facet of the case from medical bills (often getting the costs reduced!) to communications with the insurance companies so that I barely had to lift a finger. Now, just over a year since the accident, the case is resolved and I was able to receive the maximum payout from both the at-fault party's insurance as well as my own. Things literally could not have gone any better.
