The attorney I worked with was Nick Graman, and I can honestly say this guy knows his stuff. I had clearly needed the legal help and not knowing what I was getting into, Nick walked me through everything, explained all about the legal side of the subject and helped the best he could with getting the lowest sentencing as possible. With that, I did not work with other attorneys from the firm, but with Nick being a younger guy, I'm sure the rest know just as much. With that being said, I'd have to give Rittgers&Rittgers an extremely high rating. Thanks again for all the help!

Last winter I had the unfortunate experience of being arrested and falsely accused of rape. Upon being booked into the county jail I learned that it was being categorized as a Felony 1 (the highest felony you can receive and carried a sentence of up to 30 years if convicted) While I was in jail my family reviewed local attorney's and came upon Rittger's and Rittgers. With one call (on Thanksgiving I might add) I was set up and visited in jail that day. The attorney I received was named Nicholas Graman. After only one quick meeting with Mr. Graman I was washed over with the biggest relief and confidence that my fate was in the hands of professionals who knew exactly how to handle my current situation. I was soon let out on bail (another thing I feel would not have taken place without Mr. Graman being on my case). The months that followed leading up to my trial I was pretty much able to make contact with Mr. Graman 24 hours a day. Morning, noon, and night. Any questions or comments I needed answered or relayed were immediately met with the full attention they required. Every time i stepped foot into the court room and stood in front of the judge I felt nothing short of secure and confident knowing Mr. Graman had my defense exactly where it needed to be. Every motion filed and every piece of evidence requested were completed in a timely manner. I never once throughout my legal fiasco felt unsure of the decision regarding the Attorney my family chose for me. Even in my down time I did online research of Mr. Graman's past casework and with every click I made it boosted my expectation even further. I even came across an article on his being selected numerous times on the Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Stars list and had also been named on the Top 100 Trial Lawyer by The National Trial Lawyers. From then on out I never once questioned any action taken place on my behalf by Mr. Graman concerning my case. I knew I had one of the best attorney's on my side. Eventually, 3 or 4 weeks before my trial was set to begin, the Prosecution decided to dismiss the case or to be technical the ending result was: Case Nolled. Being accused of something of that magnitude carries such a weight that most people normally are not able to properly defend themselves. A lot of times most of those accused of such crimes are labeled guilty by society the moment that they are accused. I honestly feel without having Mr. Graman there to represent and defend me my case probably would have had a different outcome than it did. He literally did everything in his power to ensure my innocence was not only heard, but also seen. I will forever be grateful for the work he puts in and anyone wondering if they should have Rittgers & Rittgers take their case. All I can say is I would probably living with large amounts of regret at the moment if my family had not contacted them that fateful day.

I was reading all of the 5 star reviews in regards to Charlie M. Rittgers and they are true! Recently, I had the unfortunate event which required Charlie's expertise to defend my son in an OVI charge. Fortunately, a friend recommended Charlie M. Rittgers and as in the other reviews, it was true, the minute we met with Charlie we felt a sense of relief. As a mother, you never want anything negative in your children's lives. Having a son that always does great things and is a great man but has an unfortunate event can be devastating. From the very beginning, Charlie was informative, qualified, professional,sympathetic, and genuine. Every time I was anxious he quickly answered all my of my questions and put my mind at ease. He was able to get the charge reduced to reckless operation. He was always there for us, we truly felt his expertise and defense on our behalf. To me, it's overwhelmingly astonishing his ability and care of our case as if we were the only case when I'm sure he had multiple cases. I am forever grateful and my words can not express his ability and greatness.

Kevin Tierney was recommended to me because my attorney took an elected position as head of all public defenders. I immediately felt at ease with Kevin because he jumped into a case that was complicated with a co-defendant, related to a partnership business. As Kevin got to know me, he saw that I was in a terrible situation. (FYI, 1/2 of that 2.7 are penalties and interest. We made over a million in the first year of business and roughly 90% was payroll) Thank God, Kevin is an excellent communicator because he was able to relay my circumstance to the IRS and the State of Ohio. Kevin did everything in his power to keep me out of prison and get me the most fair sentence for my charges. Additionally, Kevin offered to stay with me twice after court. Once after I pleaded, I had to go and give all of my information and passport to probation. Then again, while I waited for probation after sentencing. This spoke volumes to Kevin's compassion for his clients. Right at the end of my court proceedings with the IRS, I was hit with another deposition with the State of Ohio. Kevin was able to arrange for ( Zach El-Sawaf , an associate with Frost Brown Todd ) the deposition and work an incredible agreement to pay with the BWC!! Literally, within a very small window of time I had this IRS and BWC nightmare behind me. I am extremely grateful to Kevin for everything he has done for me and my family. I would strongly recommend Kevin Tierney for any case dealing with IRS or the State of Ohio. I would also like to thank Frost Brown Todd for treating me as if I was just a person coming for a meeting and not a defendant. Every time I walked into their office I felt welcomed and was treated kindly by the whole firm down to the secretary at the front desk.
