As a former customer service manager, I have had the honor having Scott Schweiger as my representative for getting my only son out a bad situation with his mother. Not only did he help keep cost down, but was proficient and professional with the whole thing. Scott came through for us in a big way! I had fallen and sustained an injury, which required several surgeries and a lot of medical bills. Scott handled the case and worked very diligently to see it through to the conclusion. The other side had finally made an offer, but Scott would not take it. He kept on searching for experts, and eventually it was settled for a substantial amount, and we did not even have to go to court. Having recently lost my job, the settlement could not have come at a better time! We were able to completely pay off all of our medical bills, and knock out a few others as well. Scott, I am forever thankful for your persistence in dealing with the bad guys so I did not have to do so! I was in a car accident a year ago. I was the passenger and was hit by a Suburban going 55 mph. I shouldn't be alive but God had a different plan for me. After being in the hospital for days and back home for months without being able to work the hospital bills we're coming in the mail. I had no idea that I was responsible for them since I was the passenger. I called Mr. Schweiger and from day 1 of meeting with him I had no worries!! To make a long story short I hired Mr. Schweiger. After hiring him I never had another phone call or letter from insurance companies, doctors, or hospitals. My case was closed and my doctor and hospital bills we're paid. I was also compensated for loss wages, pain and suffering etc. I hope this never happens to me again or anyone in my family, but if it does I will be contacting Mr. Scott M.
