My husband and I hired Beverly to help with our Estate Planning. After 8 years of frustration with a large law firm, we needed someone who could make the "complicated" manageable. Beverly was patient, caring, and most of all, a good listener. The documents she created for us reflected exactly what we wanted, and needed. We appreciated her going the extra mile to make sure all of our questions were answered. We finalized our documents and had a great sense of relief that we found someone so exceptional.

Beverly was so patient and kind with my elderly friend that was wanting to complete her final wishes in her will. Beverly took as much time as needed to explain and then made sure that she understood her decisions, even with severe hearing loss! Throughout the entire legal process, Beverly was always available and responsive to any questions any time of the day with knowledgeable honest guidance and communication. I highly recommend her to any of my family and friends.

If I could give Moshe a one hundred star rating, I would. He has been a lifesaver in helping us move an elderly parent from a skilled nursing facility in another state to an Ohio, long-term care facility, while expertly navigating complex processes. This move occurred during the nursing home lockdown and while trying to settle the out-of-state estate of my parent’s spouse. Both complicated the move as settlement of the estate was considerably delayed due to the pandemic. Lockdown rules made everything more difficult. Additionally, Moshe’s attention-to-detail successfully guided us through the complicated Medicaid, nursing home, assistance process. We, previously, worked with an elder law attorney in a different state and have had a more positive experience with Moshe. Moshe is responsive, thorough and listens. He truly wants the best for his elderly, vulnerable clients and is easy to work with. We have been blessed by Moshe’s legal guidance and his compassion and are very grateful to have found him.
