I have been fortunate to have Danielle and her team in my corner through a divorce, custody battles, multiple contempt cases, etc. She has been by my side every step of the way, always fiercely fighting with my children’s best interest in mind. Danielle is extremely reliable, knowledgeable, easily accessible and incredibly compassionate. There is no one I would trust and recommend more to help navigate through these difficult life changes.

I was initially given Danielle's name as a backup plan for if my naive hopes for an amicable dissolution of my marriage did not work out. I called her in crisis on a Saturday and she returned my call same day. She listened with empathy as I shared my story and immediately sprung into action on my behalf. In my previous experiences with family and divorce lawyers, I'd found them to be cold and very transactional. Danielle finds the perfect balance between maintaining professionalism, while also demonstrating the level of care and compassion you'd hope to have while going through the most challenging experience of your life. While she demonstrated great kindness towards me, she also aggressively and successfully fought for the items important to me in my separation and shared parenting agreements. Both she and her paralegal, Christine, responded in a timely manner to every single one of my questions and worked swiftly and diligently on my case. I had my initial consultation with Danielle in July and my divorce was finalized that same November. Divorce is hard and no matter how hard you try to avoid it, things will inevitably get ugly. Hiring Danielle to stand in my corner, to protect me and expedite the process, was the best decision I could have made and I cannot recommend her enough.

Rebecca was always honest and upfront. It might not have been what or the way I wanted things to go but I knew the facts and never felt unprepared. She is very knowledgeable in her field and always prepared me for what to expect. When I came to Danielle with my case I was drowning in stress and overwhelmed with fear. The first thing she said was I will let you know if you need to worry. Something as small as that stuck with me throughout the entire process. I had made mistakes not with bad intent and she knew that. When I went to court it was the hardest day of my life to that point to make sure that I got my points across so that my daughters best interest was shown before the court. Before I even testified Danielle was able to have half or more of the exhibits from the other side tossed out and the opposition didn’t have a leg to stand on. I was more than impressed at what she was able to bring to the court room. We won the case and my daughters life did not have to get all jumbled up again. I had no idea what to expect going into everything but she knew exactly what needed done and took great care of me as her client. I will no doubt turn to her again for any help that I need in the future. I would highly recommend Danielle to anyone who is going through family court. If you have to get divorced, the collaborative dissolution is the way to go. It is a way to end a relationship with respect and honor. It is hard enough to end a marriage relationship. The collaborative process was the least traumatizing for me. Danielle was an integral part of the process. She was very kind, highly communicative and encouraging. Most of all, she didn't let anything get by her. Now that the dissolution is final, I feel like I was heard and protected!!!
