a month ago I made a bad decision to drink and get behind the wheel. I crashed my car into a telephone pole. the car was totaled but I was uninjured. I submitted to a field sobriety and also a breathalyzer. the breath test was .223 almost 3 times the legal limit. I hired Mr healey the next day. I wascharged with 2 duis, open container and failure to control. anything over .17 breath test adds high tier dui. I met with Mr healey 5 days later at arraignment and twice more until my plea today. the evidence against me was overwhelming, however Mr healey got the high tier breath test, open container and failure to control dismissed. even though there are some repercussions such as fines and probation I am very pleased with the outcome on my very poor lack of judgement.

I was very pleased will the end result I obtained on my case. Mr. Healey was able to negotiate with the prosecutor to have the speeding ticket amended from 68/50 mph zone to a no-points equipment violation for motor vehicle brakes. You will get what you pay for and that’s knowledge, will power, results! From inside the courtroom he is a well respected man and does have connections. His empathy and respect towards me as a client is appreciated to the fullest. I recommend Mr. Healey one hundred percent and is surely a 10/10.
