Chris went over everything we needed to do for a trust and will. He explained how it worked for us and how he would help us in future. Also how he would be there for surviving spouse when time comes. He is very trustworthy.

Could not have been more pleased with the way Chris and Jeff handled our probate case. Very reasonably priced. And kept us up to date at every step. I would highly recommend this law firm. This was an out of state probate case. And they made it as smooth and easy as it could have been.

Chris went into detail about an LLC vs an irrevocable grantor trust. He very patiently listened to what our needs were and explained in a level of which we could understand as to which one would benefit us per our needs. He explained how soon everything could be finalized and what cost we would incur.
Ashley Maxey, his paralegal was wonderful and very professional and knowledgeable and also assisted in answering questions that would had at our signing of documents.
We highly recommend them both.

I was not looking forward to hiring a attorney after being quoted an outrageous amount for handling my mothers simple estate from another attorney . Chris was very upfront and honest in every way and he charged a fee more in-line with what I expected . He kept me informed every step of the way . I was never concerned about what’s next because it happened exactly the way he said it would . I would recommend Chris to my children and grandchildren or anyone else because I know they will be in good hands .
