Very professional and considerate of my time. Elliott took the time to explain every detail of my trust.

I have never had to work with a lawyer before. i got a recommendation from a Banker. We talked via Skype and he was very relatable and knowledgable about the issue I needed help on. (Financial) I also worked with his office staff (paralegals) and everyone for the receptionist to the girls at my final signing was very professional and friendly. Never felt stupid when I asked questions on all the legal wordage on these document. And they never talked down to me or rushed me to make decisions (even though we did have deadlines) Very professional and yet supportive. I hope not to need a lawyer again (accept for updating my documents every few years) but knowing that I have this firm on speed dial makes me feel better. I would highly recommend this firm and Elliott Stapleton to anyone looking for help - especially those that need more 'hand holding' than most.

Delightful experience. Everything was well explained without being over-explained. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and professional. Deadlines were easily honored and it was simple to ask questions and get timely answers. Highly recommend.

Elliott has kept us informed of changes in the tax law that would impact our trust fund. We also needed to update our wills at the same time as making changes to the Trust. He always listens carefully to our request and provides clear concise answers to our questions to helps us understand. The changes were completed accurately and timely, and he provided well organized quality documents for our records.
