Nazly is a superwomen in every meaning of the world. There is nothing she cannot do. She has been with me through the entire citizenship process and even attended my naturalization ceremony. She has the kindest heart and is willing to listen and answer any questions you may have. She is so knowledgeable in every law and every situation that you know you are in good hands. Her office staff are always so sweet to us and always made us feel welcome. Nazly is a gem to our community and I cannot recommend her and her office enough.

Basically helped me receive hush money from the company to not talk about the company I tried to sue for discrimination and other issues. A rude employee there asked for something I couldn't retrieve and it wasn't until I had proven it to her, she stopped talking as if I was lying. Lied about a case they said wasn't won, to get an email of their success in the case the next day. Wasn't worth the time I put in or the money, and emotional draining while still having to keep all that happened to myself. Made everything worse. I'd consider someone else who cares or at least, doesn't do you dirty.

I am currently using Ryan from spitz for wrongful termination and disability violations, safety violations and, retaliation. I have been in contract with them for about a week and they have already exceeded my expectations. As I thought I was just gonna sue for FMLA violations. They in return are now suing for about 9 other issues wrapped up with my termination along with safety violations, whistle blower and more. My notice of claims was sent a week after my initial consultation with them. Free consultation was really free. The hammer wanted my case but took ungodly to long to get anything moving. They have texted me every step of the way. Highly recommended. They are taking 40% but 60% is better than nothing. There work already shows me they are worth it. Stay tuned will update.
