I called this morning regarding needing to evict an abusive ex. Kathleen was Extremely helpful and respectful. She spent a lot of time with me and let me know exactly what steps I need to take. I felt she cared about my situation. Seriously, she was awesome. I want her on my side, not against! She motivated me to do something I should’ve done years ago
