Very helpful! Probably best attorneys in Cleveland!!!

First I want to say thanks for your help Andrew. Andrew stayed on top of the case from the word go and when he saw something needed more than just a simple appeal he took it to the federal level. He is a true warrior in my opinion or a bull dog.

I enlisted the services of this law firm. I found them to be very caring, detail oriented and responsive to all my questions. All staff member's that I dealt with concerning my claim were very professional and I was able to receive positive results in a short period of time. I highly recommend this law firm to anyone that may need them!

Andrew November is an extremely professional, empathetic, and knowledgeable attorney. Upon starting my disability claim the entire process was explained to me in easy to understand language. He was always there to answer questions and did so in an expeditious manner. I would recommend Andrew with no reservations as the attorney you should choose if filing a disability claim. Everyone that I had dealings with at Liner Legal treated me as if I was their only client. I was always treated with respect, dignity, and honesty. In addition to Andrew, the support staff was always on top of things and most of the time answered my questions before I even asked them. My hat goes off to everyone at Liner Legal and if I could give them more than a 5 star rating I would definitely do so. I would also like to say BRAVO as they won my disability claim for me!

It was by shear luck that I was introduced to the Liner Legal team. My previous attorney went and retired during my SSD case. I was on my third attempt and my last chance. As most know this was different since you have to appear before a judge and a vocational officer This made me very nervous since Liner Legal was new to me and it was my last chance before having to start all over It had been a long road approximately 2 1/2 years and my case was strong and supported by my doctors. Michael Liner stepped in and it was like he knew my case from the beginning. His team Aimee and Jamie both reached out to me on several occasions just to see how I was doing. How often does that happen! Mr. Liner and I then had our chance to present my case to the judge and I can tell you he was on mark. I left the call feeling as if finally someone heard my sufferings. Needless to say we won and finally the stress of the last 2 1/2 years lifted. They seem quite selective with who they actually fight for even if they take your case. I knew long ago they were failing me but by then it was far too late. I had been blatantly lied to and left in the dark nearly the whole time. If I didn’t contact them every few months, there’d have been no communication. I requested my records from ssa and even though I knew there would be shortcomings, I was actually shocked with how little this firm did. I don’t understand why they’d take on a case they had no intention of fighting for. I never felt informed. I never felt important. I never felt like “family”. I never received the customer service they claim to strive for. The attorney that represented me for my hearing was not at all prepared and waited until an hour before the hearing to contact me to prepare for the hearing and at that time informed me there was detrimental documentation missing from my medical records (after telling me through the process I had a good case & well documented medical records). She didn’t even know my situation! It was as if she was learning as the phone call progressed. This attorney made no efforts at all to fight for me. Didn’t even ask the v/e any questions. In fact, the attorney that represented me in the end, wasn’t even the attorney I started with. But I was never Informed of the change or provided the contact information for the “new” attorney. I waited a long while to leave this review in hopes they’d redeem themselves (even though they asked for a positive review before they even formally took my case). They pretty much sealed my fate with no regard for my future from the very beginning, KNEW mistakes & errors were made, but continued to mislead and lie to me. They dropped the ball. They do not care. Oh, and read the reviews CLOSELY. About HALF are family/friends just to beef up the ratings. Also check their Facebook group reviews and take notice to who’s left the reviews. DO YOUR RESEARCH! I WISH I HAD Before they ruined my life! The ones that are legit are likely those people who could’ve saved thousands and been approved without their assistance or they were asked to leave a review after their initial consultation. I’m sure they will respond to my review with the same garbage concern they post for other negative reviews “we’re so sorry ... how can we make it right?” I can answer that now. You can pay me my monthly benefits and 3 years back pay you cost me by lying and not doing the job I TRUSTED you to do. I have plenty more I could share, but I’ve wasted enough energy on these people. Simply, hire someone else.
