I was nervous about contacting Linear Legal, LLC at first because of how important getting the process for disability started is. I spoke to Alexis and she not only helped to make me feel more relaxed but also consistently addressed my concerns and the concerns of my father who was also on the line. She was reassuring and kind during the entirety of the call. It was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend Linear Legal.

I have just met Mr. Liner and I was very impressed with his kind mannerisms and he seems to be a very caring person. Alexis is a very helpful and caring person. I was sold on the Liner Law firm after my first conversation with Alexis! I told Mr. Liner he had a gem in her. WOW, that should be the name of the company because of how amazed i was with the customer service "Alexis Santiago" to be specific. She creating an inviting atmosphere where you can tell its business but with care. I was skeptical at first with the 21 questions lol but once i spoke on my concerns they were promptly addressed and my mini panic attack way put at ease, thanks to her explanation and reassurance. If the staffing is this well put together, I look forward to meeting with the attorneys because for some reason, after setting up the appointment, i kind of have some hope and that rarely happens. If nothing else, i appreciate the listening ear that was lending to hear a disabled vet ramble because you actually made my day. My experience calling a law firm, for the first time in my life, was a bit nerve-racking. I was soon put at ease by the professionalism and pleasantness of Alexis S. The conversation was to the point but not rushed. She answered every question I had and if she did not have the answer she found it. Alexis was able the schedule me with an attorney at my home.
