Betrayer Destroyer Misrepresented, horrendous deceiever

This is supposedly an African American law firm, but he didn't want to take a case to represent an African American individual. I'm very disappointed.

After working with James Hux, I must say that I was disappointed with the level of service I received. It appeared that James was more concerned with building his TikTok (attorneyhux) following than responding to emails during standard business hours, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. There is no doubt that lawyers have other substantial clients to manage. But I also believe that professional communication and professionalism are of utmost importance. When James finally responded to my email, He used a lot of legal jargon in his emails, which I often had to ask him to clarify. This can be a bit frustrating for people like myself who don't have a law background. I would suggest moving forward with clarifying legal concepts in order to make them more understandable. As opposed than assuming we understand them. Overall, I would not recommend working with James Hux based on my experience.

Mrs. Jones by far is the best! I mean the BEST! She is honest and upfront. Most of all she’s a fighter, she will fight for you, and when I say fight for you, she’s going to war to get the best outcome possible. Always returned my calls to answer any question I had while helping me understand the process and steps we were taking. I couldn’t have been more grateful to have had her help. She’s a blessing.
