SHE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST ATTORNEY!!!! WARNING DO NOT HIRE HER!!!!! SHE IS ALL ABOUT MONEY!!!!! NO DEDICATED REPRESENTATION FOR THE BEST INTEREST OF HER CLIENTS. SHE IS VERY LAZY!!!! Worst Attorney in America and very ignorant of the law. She will have you fooled and needs to go back to school.

My husband and I had a appointment with her we sat there 30 minutes she never said one word to us we were on time with our appt ..she never looked our way ..we ended up walking out her office after waiting 40 min I really hate when black business are not professional..I mean just say I'll be with you shortly that's all it takes ..

Ms. O'neal was referred to us, I wish we would had spent our money with another lawyer. She did not return phone calls, she made you feel like you were bothering her and she was paid ahead of time. Very unprofessional. Please do not waste your money on this woman. By the way had to do some time.

Consulted on a few occasions about felony removal gave a seminar with great information and offered her services. She also mentioned how you can do it yourself for free, which was impressive to me.

Will not fight for you. You are better off with a public defender. She’s a rookie with a poor attitude and poor communication skills. No amount of money will make her do a good job. She treated me like I was an inconvenience. I will warn people about her, whoever needs a lawyer. I took the plea deal because I couldn’t afford another attorney and I didn’t trust her. She made the judge sound worse than she actually was. It was the judge that gave me a chance. After this, with my experience, I wouldn’t trust trust any of those lawyers downtown. They will just take your money and get you off of their desk. My word of advice. Ask questions and if they don’t treat you right FIRE them early don’t waste another dime. They can careless about your freedom innocent or guilty.

She never returned my emails I would send or phone calls. She was very rude and handled my case poorly. She basically handed me and my family over to the other party on a silver platter. She will not fight for you if another lawyer is involved. She also resigned early and abandoned me in the middle of my case. Now I am stuck looking for another lawyer. When my family spent all of our money on her.

She poorly handled the case, and failed to respond timely to the courts and would no longer return calls or emails.

Tyresha is AWESOME. She is a great attorney. She kept me informed with my case, As new things came up she told me. Unlike most attorneys who just put you off until your court date, she was very involved with my case. I will most definitely use her again....Thanks Mrs. Oneal
