My experience was phenomenal and I am so grateful for the help I received. An absolute lifeline for people who need legal representation and cannot afford it. The individuals I worked with were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate- my case was in good hands and handled exceptionally well. Thank you!

Never called me back. Difficult to reach anybody by phone.

NEVER ANSWERED OR CALLED BACK

My last straw with them was today. While waiting on hold for literally 15 minutes the machine told me they were closed, and to call back another time (It was 2:30pm and the second time I waited on hold for them today). I understand they are trying to do the good work, resources are slim, covid, and people are working for free but if you can't provide the service, don't offer it. I have been trying for years to get proper assistance from them on issues I have with health, workers rights, child care and ect, but I have always been pointed in another direction and sent away with an over-explanation of why they can't really help. I can honestly say that they have never helped me the way I needed, which is sad because I'm sure most if not all of them want to be able to. They are my only option though, so I guess I will keep calling the next day I'm free. Two stars for appreciating and supporting their vision. One star for use I have been able to receive from them.
