I'm so glad I called here for help needed most. I had a great experience with legal aid, but that's primarily because of Heather, an intake specialist. I look for customer care more now then ever since having a service based business with alot of interaction necessary. Heather displayed a very kind, helpful, and an all over example of how resources like like Legall aid should have when handing callers. This kind of customer care is what it's all about these days. If you bring your to work and keep that demeanor with through your workday - then DON'T work in a position you dislike .Heather brought my day up s it's true when people are rude to other's you could ruin somebody's day. Thanks so much for helping ! You're a hero, lol

i’ve been trying to get a hold of these ppl for months. set an appointment to be called and of course no one called me. pathetic.

Won't answer the phone the receptionist treated me like the place was packed and I was the only one in there and then explains my denial case to me like I have no clue what's going on. I pray things get better with the system Amen
