I began to bring witnesses to my meetings with him because he said to do one thing or another then it was never pursued. Waited until the day of my trial for me to get some information (so was impossible). It's was a long list of unsavory issues. Anyone could have done his job or better. Don't waste your money.

Jim was hired on in regards to an ongoing custody case involving ccdcfs and juvenile court. Prior to hiring Jim the case fell victim to the results of overworked, understaffed agencies. Jim’s experience changed the course of the case as he provided excellent counsel that cut through the previous court room antics and distraction. He knows the law, knows how to communicate facts in a coherent matter of fact style and is quick to tell you where you stand in and what your expectations are.. Bottom line; if you have a case in juvenile court, you want him. Everything came together in the short time he counseled the case and as a result our case was won.
