November 2022 I had fallen at work injuring my left shoulder in June 2022. Not being aware of the Workers Compensation process, I went to my orthopedic specialist for injections not realizing I was in need of left shoulder surgery repair. I thought it would heal with time. I was referred to Frank Galucci Esquire by Rueben Gobezie, MD my orthopedic surgeon. Dr. Gobezie is incredible surgeon who cares about me as a patient and together we had great outcomes with my right shoulder. Because it was now a work injury claim, when I went back for a second injection, I was denied care because I needed approval from Bureau of Workers Compensation which had not yet even approved my claim. I was not in the midst of the Workers Compensation maize. I was afraid and in pain. I paid out of pocket to relieve my pain but realized I had no idea how to manage the Workers Compensation process. A hearing was scheduled and I needed legal representation. It was my specialty surgeon who referred Frank Galucci to provide guidance through the BWC process. Frank's team was incredibly supportive, professional and I felt like I had come home and knew I was in great hands. They explained the process, the risks, and managed my expectations. My employer had never even guided me through the WC process which is an arduous process. Galucci's team are extremely professional and they truly support doing the right thing for the patient at the right time. They knew the system, the process, and had the team of subject matter experts to support my claim and manage the clinical documentation challenges. Mr. Galucci and his team are extraordinary. Well, let's just say that everything happens 4 a reason & this reason was that they found me,, in a time of need that was basically an act of God... & my current insurance company pretty much didn't want 2 hear that @ all... & if it wasn't 4 Mr.Al Pal attorneys @ LAW.. & well then I would never be writing this review..soo yes thanku from the Good lord up above, because he must have sent me an angel that day & it Mr Al Pal.....😊 🙏

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS LAW FIRM. I highly doubt that they are as qualified as they claim to be. I inquired WITH evidence in hand of failure to treat. With opinions from doctors that the specialist who misdiagnosed my son caused him to be a higher stage cancer diagnosis which absolutely is making a difference in his treatment. The very rude assistant or lack there of, called while we were trying to access my son's port. I asked if she could please call me back later in the day. She essentially said no and continued talking. Letting me know that off of the VERY little information they had they had formed their opinion and would not be taking his case. I asked why and she claimed it was because they couldn't prove 4-6 weeks would have made a difference and then ushered me off the phone. So not only did she interrupt a very important doctors appointment and not even have the common courtesy to wait and answer my questions she refused to listen to the evidence we had. I called back later to get more clarification and they were out of office. The same assistant called me back the next day and when I explained the information I had she didn't want to hear it. She said they had made their opinion and to just call another lawfirm. I asked for more clarification as to how they can form an opinion without proper information and knowledge on the diagnosis as this IA rare, rapid growing cancer. She snapped at me and said they made their opinion and she ALREADY explained it to me. If anything else thus lady needs a new job. She should not be working with people dealing with such incredible hard times. She should be ashamed of herself honestly. As for the supposed attorney that reviewed the small amount of information submitted for the consult (that he refused), he is clearly not out to help people or he would have listened and looked at the information. Every single person's medical case is different. He assumed off of literally nothing there wasn't a case. Truly proving he's money hungry and not out to get justice for a CHILD. I don't want money I want doctors to not misdiagnosis children and leave them for dead. So again don't waste your money or your time with these HORRIBLE people. They just want your money they don't actually care about the clientele.
