DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS LAW FIRM. I highly doubt that they are as qualified as they claim to be. I inquired WITH evidence in hand of failure to treat. With opinions from doctors that the specialist who misdiagnosed my son caused him to be a higher stage cancer diagnosis which absolutely is making a difference in his treatment. The very rude assistant or lack there of, called while we were trying to access my son's port. I asked if she could please call me back later in the day. She essentially said no and continued talking. Letting me know that off of the VERY little information they had they had formed their opinion and would not be taking his case. I asked why and she claimed it was because they couldn't prove 4-6 weeks would have made a difference and then ushered me off the phone. So not only did she interrupt a very important doctors appointment and not even have the common courtesy to wait and answer my questions she refused to listen to the evidence we had. I called back later to get more clarification and they were out of office. The same assistant called me back the next day and when I explained the information I had she didn't want to hear it. She said they had made their opinion and to just call another lawfirm. I asked for more clarification as to how they can form an opinion without proper information and knowledge on the diagnosis as this IA rare, rapid growing cancer. She snapped at me and said they made their opinion and she ALREADY explained it to me. If anything else thus lady needs a new job. She should not be working with people dealing with such incredible hard times. She should be ashamed of herself honestly. As for the supposed attorney that reviewed the small amount of information submitted for the consult (that he refused), he is clearly not out to help people or he would have listened and looked at the information. Every single person's medical case is different. He assumed off of literally nothing there wasn't a case. Truly proving he's money hungry and not out to get justice for a CHILD. I don't want money I want doctors to not misdiagnosis children and leave them for dead. So again don't waste your money or your time with these HORRIBLE people. They just want your money they don't actually care about the clientele.
