I had the best lawyer ever...Issa Elkhatib fought hard for me more than any lawyer I ever had...he worked with me on day one when I was a true mess...and he helped me get my case dismissed..not one but two...he was very respectful to me and my grandfather...I would highly highly recommend him to anyone ...he guided me as a professional..explained things so clear to were I understood what was going on at every moment...Issa thank you for all that you have done for me i will be forever grateful to you and will refer anyone that needs help to you

5/5 stars for this legal team, I would recommend anyone anytime to this team. Issa was able to get my case dismissed after being charged. Great team, great with communicating with his clients his response time is always within a short amount of time. Moreover he did stick with me until the end of the case phenomenal individual.

I put a down payment of $16k and made payments of over $1100 per month for almost 3 yrs. I defaulted on my 3rd last payment and Matthew Alden said there was nothing he could do to help me. I gave him 50k and he still couldn’t help me save my home. I would never recommend this firm. I contacted my mortgage company about this and they agreed to help me and lowered my house by more than $600 a month now. My mortgage company was completely baffled that this so called attorney couldn’t help me. If you experienced anything like this from this law firm I urge you to contact the Better Business Bureau like I am

Do NOT bother with the student loan consultation unless you can't work or have severe work restrictions. They do not tell you this so they can collect 100 dollars to sit with you for half an hour and tell you the best you can do is work out a payment plan with your student loan lender. I am only writing this to save you 100 dollars. A better lawyer would pre-screen this when they set up the appointment instead of taking 100 dollars from someone that is reaching out thinking there is a solution because why else would an office set up consultations right? That is not in the character of this firm. I hope this helps someone out there that could use 100 dollars for something other than wasting a half an hour and 100 dollars for no legal work what so ever. Again, they can't do anything for student loans unless you are disabled. Or they try to dig to see if you have medical bills that are at least $10,000 so they can file chapter 7 on them.

I called Patrick Miller to discuss a case with this attorney, he gathered up my information informed me that he was going to do some research and the call me back. I specifically asked him if he was going to call me back either way he assured me that he would call me back no matter what. After not hearing from him for 2 weeks I called and left him a message asking him to call me back. I still did not hear anything from him so I then sent an email to his offices website. I finally received a call back later that day. When talking to him on the phone his tone was completely different from our first conversation he spoke down to me in a very offensive and extremely unprofessional manner. This review has nothing to do with him not wanting to take on the case I completely understand and respect that. What I do not respect i me having to follow up with an attorney who assured me that he would call me back and never did. To me how hard is someone like this going to work on my case when he can't even follow up on his commitment to return a phone call. Find someone who wants to do the work and genuinely cares about people not someone who wants something slam dunk cases that require no work.
