I highly recommend Brockler Law! In my search for a attorney for my criminal case out in Lorain County I came across Aaron Brockler and after doing my research contacted him. I was facing about 10 to 15 years for a crime that never happened and a crime that I would have never committed. The problem with the justice system is that it is commercialized. What is right and what is wrong? Most of us can agree on the obvious but just about anything is a crime depending on who is judging or who is calling the shots. Furthermore, when there is no crime often times charges are put on you to cover up a wrong done by law enforcement. This was my case. I was originally charged with two misdemeanors that I did not commit because the crime did not happen. Suddenly without warning misdemeanors are elevated to felony charges. Felony charges that did not happen, felony charges that I did not commit. I was charged with this because they could do it and there was nothing I could do about it. A misunderstanding turns into me facing more than a decade in prison ? I knew right away I was not going to take any plea deals. I contacted many lawyers and none of them were talking my language. I lost hope I contacted Aaron Brockler the last name on my list. Originally I was not convinced that he would be any better than all of the other lawyers I called. We spoke briefly I gave him details about the case and he said he would call me back. At this point my mental health is compromised and my anxiety is high. A couple of days passed by, I didn't hear from him so on the third day I walked to the East 49 bridge on Fleet Ave Cleveland Ohio. looking for the right moment to jump unfortunately on this day and at the exact time there weren't many semi trucks on the highway. Well after a few moments on the bridge pumping myself up to jump my phone rings. Who is it ? It is Aaron Brockler calling. I wasn't going to answer after all my mind was made up about jumping. Something inside me compelled me to answer. Aaron said he had some good news. I swung my legs back over the rail and listened to this good news. Aaron said he had a solution and said he was 100 percent certain we could get a good result. I told Aaron the only result that would be good is total dismissal regardless because I am taking no pleas. I would rather die than plea bargain to something I didn't do He said we have a good chance to win this case and that he would fight like hell to make sure the results are something I could live with. At the time I didn't know if he was making it up as he went along. but now I know he meant what he said. I never told him that he saved my life that day. I guess now he would know because of this review. My case was ultimately dismissed thanks to Aaron Brockler's expertise and me not giving up and fighting to the end to ensure the proper results. Aaron was personable, communicative, empathetic, and also realistic. For anyone reading this Aaron is the way to go. Trust your case with someone who knows the laws, and court procedures and who will fight for you. You got to get it right the first time. Whatever he charges pay it because you are better off investing in someone who is going to fight to keep you out of jail. Yes during my case I lost a lot of money with legal fees but I am free and have the potential to earn more without a blemish on my record because I invested in an Attorney that produces results. At the end of the day you are going to choose who you are going to choose but if you don't get the results you want remember you should have called Aaron Brockler. You have been put on notice.
