I used Henry Hilow for a court case that started in October 20 20. There were two charges in two separate cities. He had one of the charges in Parma municipal Court taken care of by March 2021… And told me the other one in bratenahl was taken care of as well. I found out in October 2023 that not only did he never take care of the second case, he also never even got the warrant lifted so I literally was walking around with a warrant for 3 1/2 years. He is corruptible and should not be trusted.

I paid Ed a $1000 retainer, he showed up to court without reading anything about the case… Then let the judge arrest me instead of explaining I didn’t have any idea there was a warrant out, because there were two from the same situation… He then looked at me and said well, this is going to be a long day for you, and then just walked out and said, call me when you get released. I informed him I was done using him and I would like my money back, and I never received anything. This was five months ago, I cannot believe that his time is worth $1000 per 10 minutes Especially when he literally just showed up to court and his cheap Men’s Wearhouse suit, and did nothing

I thank god first and foremost for allowing me to have mr. Parker as my attorney hes Very intelligent, smooth talking knows his stuff better than a whole lot of other lawyers. Not only had my case dismissed but also felt compassion for what I explained to him and did not jump the gun and have me plead guilty to a lesser charge. I hope and pray to God that I never need him again but in the event that I did need an attorney Mr Parker is definitely the go to guy !

I'm convinced Ms.Caruso has either paid for all these reviews or she has had her friends write them for her. We used her services a couple of months ago, and completely got robbed. She did not show up to the court date, sent one of her assistants who had no prior knowledge of the case + didn't say a single word for the hearing. Her excuse was she had a prior commitment even though she accepted the money for it. She claims to be doing behind the scenes work but has no actual evidence or data of anything she says she's actually doing. What she likes do is rant and talk for hours on the phone making up excuses and giving long explanations trying to deflect to make you forget what the initial question was, a form of manipulation. She does manage to get some of the negative reviews removed off her google profile not sure how or why. So I have kept all the text messages + emails we had on file to make sure this stays on. Save yourself the money and please look for another responsible attorney who actually takes the time to investigate your case.

From start to finish Michael and his team were pros. He went above and beyond my expectations.
