I got myself into a situation a couple months ago and contacted Allison. She promptly responded to all my questions and made me feel at ease. I had been in trouble before a few times an I let her know and I never once felt judged by her. She is very down to earth and easy to talk to unlike some of the lawyers I have dealt with in the past. She negotiated with the prosecutor and managed to get one of my charges dropped and the other dropped to a lower charge which kept me out of jail. I was facing a year in jail and ended up with only a fine and community service thanks to her. Her fee was very reasonable as well. She cares about her clients as well as getting them the best outcome possible. Hopefully I won't need a lawyer in the future but if I do Allison is my first choice.

I contacted, and hired Allison as my lawyer for the pending case that I had. I had a open burning fire charge and a drug paraphernalia charge. She was able to get the paraphernalia charge dropped for me and get the open burn fire dropped down to a attempt to open burn. She did a great job and I was very pleased with the outcome of my case. I had a criminal case in Ohio, that I was unaware of until I had a background check. I live in another state and haven't been to Ohio on over ten years. Allison was able to get the case dismissed and I didn't have to come to court on back to Ohio. She was usually available either by phone and/or email, and if not followed up promptly. Kevin representative me in 20 count felony case which took 3 years to be heard in court. Once in court Kevin is laser focus on the details of case to defend and present evidence in a methodical well organized way to protect your interests in the case. Kevin is excellent with cross examination along with tactical presentation. A Common person who doesn't know anything about law can make one bad step and get into a lot of trouble. Unless a person gets into such kind of situation, you will not even bother to use any search engine to read about local laws.
