DONT DO IT. from the looks of the other bad reviews she doesnt take any accountability for the clients that she screws over. Luckily i have every text and all the proof of her negligence. She took my money, pretended that she would represent me. Tricked me into thinking that she got my arraignment date changed, when i showed up and got checked in, you are legally held in custody so you cannot leave. This is when i noticed that she was not there to represent me. I texted her and asked if she was going to show up. Right before i got arraigned she texted and said the court made a mistake and that i was scheduled for the next day LOL although her and i had a conversation together the day before and she told me to show up the day that i did. So she knew i was going to show up and she basically set me up to get arraigned without her representation and let the court absolutely hammer me. Then the audacity to say she would not represent me because i got arraigned against her advisement! She’s narcissist and an EXTREMELY unprofessional attorney save your money and get someone else. You have been warned! Communication is non existent with this one she’ll pretend she’s doing something for your case but really isn’t doing anything. I spoke to her teacher from case western as well and he had nothing but the exact same things to say about her. If anyone really wants some proof i have everything that you could need to see that you could choose anyone else to actually do their job and put your money to good use. Morgan aint it!

Ms. Caruso and her team are informative, professional, and clearly respected in the courtroom. Unfortunately I have had several legal battles in my lifetime and have had a wide variety of attorneys. I remember seeing other lawyers who had confidence and knowledge and were respected amongst the other legal professionals. For the first time, I had one on my side. If you are looking for a good attorney who will get you the best possible outcome, I recommend Morgan Caruso. I was charged with a felony 3 and by the time my very first pretrial was over, she had it reduced to a misdemeanor. When it was all said and done, I left with a better outcome than I ever expected. So much so, I felt compelled to write a review and hopefully help someone else who has a lot to lose and in a jam.
