Chap and his colleagues were very professional and did a fantastic job with my case. I was involved in a car accident that set me back in more ways than one. The entire process seemed overwhelming at first, but Chap continued to keep me updated through the process and listened to my concerns and requests. He was flexible with times to speak and meet with me as I have a hectic schedule but that did not deter from open communication. He negotiated to get me fair compensation and did not settle with a number that would have simply ensured a paycheck for him and the company. My questions were answered in great detail so that I would understand all of the legal lingo along the way. The hard work of Chap and his colleagues does not go unnoticed, my grandfather began with Wincek & DeRosa Co., LPA and they have been in our family for many years, I will continue to recommend to all!
