We were referred to Attorney Maher from the public defender's office. He was professional, possessed outstanding character, researched exhaustively, and took every step and consideration to meet our needs. He was non judgemental, direct, and explained in great detail the processes involved. Our confidence and comfort are at the highest level and without any hesitation would recommend Attorney Maher to our friends and family. BTW, the outcome was excellent!!!

I consulted with Chris just a couple days after the police served me with a search warrant, and confiscated some of my personal devices in which there could be charges regarding child pornography and me facing significant jail time. I had never been in any type of trouble, I was a complete mess. Chris was extremely knowledgeable of the legalities with this type of offense and clearly explained what my options could be, as I was not charged yet. I was impressed with what he had to say, and the mannerism that he explained the law to me. I hired him that day, the best move I ever made for sure! He guided me through the things I needed to do and what material I needed to provide to him during this wait time. Seven months later I was finally charged, and my hearing hearings began 5 months later. Because of all the proactive measures Chris took, enabled him to work my original 18 felony counts down to 3, and to negotiated an awesome plea deal that I was and am extremely grateful for. Chris possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience in this area of the law. Not only did he posses the skill on how to approach and represent me with the case, but he was very compassionate to me and my wife, really showing he cared personally throughout this ordeal. I highly recommend Chris's services to anyone who feels they need superior services. I cannot say enough for what he did for me.

My son was facing an F1 in a town we're not familiar with. We hired Attorney Maher to defend him. I could tell right away that he isn't a typical defense attorney- he kept us updated and worked hard. I was facing a F1 for Arson. Mr. Maher gather all evidence and listen to what I had to say. After knowing what he knew he told me I had a tough case but he was determined to do what ever he needed to help me out. I was scared and nervous, Chris made my court process feel little more comfortable. He did not give up on me. But I could go on about this attorney but I will not. I was facing at least maximum 10 years in prison. But the outcome I got sentence to 1 year probation after Mr. Maher presented my case to the judge. Was Charge with F4. It was a win win situation for me and Chis because he didn’t lose a case and I did not have to register with the sheriff department and I could get it expunged in the long run. It will be like it never happen. Last but not least this man Cares deeply about his clients. He is honest, trustworthy, and loyal to all his clients. My case was unbelievable and he gat me hope. I would recommend him to any and everyone. He loves a challenge.
