I had a car accident back in 2020, I got hit on passenger side. I had to have surgery. It was the other party's fault. I was referred to Mark Obral from a good friend, and low and behold Mark came to my house literally the next day to represent me. I hired Mark Obral right on the spot, and without a doubt or any hesitation he was a wonderful man to work with him and his firm. His staff i.e. Taylor was always in touch with me. They kept me in the loop at all times. I was grateful for the funds I received in winning my case, but felt I deserved way more as I live with my injury the rest of my life. Mark fought for me and got me every last penny of the coverage from other party. I had no court costs etc as they settled outside of court and a 1 1/2 yrs later, I received a call by Mark who fought for me to get me back money that I over paid to the Insurance company and hospital. She gave me all the information I needed for my social security Case for my special needs son. She advised me not to pursue a claim and true to the firm’s advertisement I was not charged for my consultation.
