WOW. What a great guy Tom is. Not many can say that about their attorney but I can. You will not find anyone that will go to bat for you like Tom will. This guy is truly concerned about you and what your family is going through. He will work non stop to do anything and everything to insure you get what you deserve. Tom puts you first not him first. I would never go to a different attorney after working with Tom. I have worked with different attorneys before but now that I have worked with Tom I will never work with anyone but him and I have given his name to many people for him to help them the way he did me. I am truly greatfull for everything he helped me with and I also now have a good friend for life. It’s nice to have a attorney looking out for his clients and not himself. I had the privilege of being represented by Jack Landskroner beginning in October 2009 through July 2015. I was a homeowner who unknowingly purchased a home made with Chinese Drywall in 2006. Via a class action lawsuit, Jack represented myself and many other homeowners who were in similar situations. The path to getting compensation was a long and tireless one but Jack persevered on my behalf for a span of almost 6 years. Jack made sure that the manufacturer of the toxic drywall, KNAUF was finally held accountable. While I was one of the lucky homeowners who got my home rebuilt by my builder, they did not account for the loss of use, loss of personal items, loss of time/money and the fact I had to continue to pay a mortgage on a home I could not live in for almost a year. Jack pushed forward through the courts to try to find suitable compensation for what I had been dealt. Did I get everything I deserved in my settlement? Certainly not but if not for Jack, I would have not gotten anything. Many, many homeowners like myself got nothing, zero. Because of Jack and his efforts I am in a better place today. Jack would not take “no” for answer and made sure both the courts and the manufacturer knew we were not backing down. I could not recommend Jack more for his efforts. If Jack and his firm ever get compensated by Knauf and the Chinese Drywall Settlement Program for Attorney’s, he will have literally made pennies on his time spent on my behalf. We employed Jack Landskroner and his firm to seek damages for children who had been badly abused by the health care system and their I was appointed Guardian ad litem for a family of children who were very disabled and who had been badly abused by their parents and a health care system.When I initially contacted Mr. Landskroner did not even realize that the children could recover such damages. After working with Mr. Landskroner, the children were able to recover more future support than I ever dreamed possible. I would highly recommend Landskroner, Greieco and Merriman for any serious financial recovery for failure to protect children.

I was in a real bind an with the excellent advice from Daniel M. Margolis I was able to get out of trouble with out any penalty. Best lawyer there is in Cleveland. I'd recommend him to anyone who needed legal help.

I am happy to recommend Daniel Margolis to anyone in need of an excellent criminal defense lawyer. My case was a rather unusual expungement case in which Mr. Margolis was called upon to undo some nasty things. Mr. Margolis handled a criminal case for me in 2003. He was extremely professional and helpful. Although the case did not go to trial, it was dismissed before jury selection, he was completely on top of the facts of the case. He was able to secure the dismissal.
