Ive had numerous dui charges but none in the last 10 yrs...so when i caught one recently i was extremely scared and nervous..eric got my charge reduced he always ansered my texts or calls and made me feel at ease..the judge literlly said in court that my lawyer worked a miracle deal in my case considering my history i even got to keep my license..the judge said eric pointed out all the legal issues wit my case that resulted in a amendment of the charge..i recomend eric if your in a jam concerning drugs or alcohal and driving . Hes very knowledgeable..fyi this my first review ive ever written of a attorney.

Helped me get a possession charged expunged completely. I also got two DUIs within 3 years, for my first one he got all my charges knocked down to just the DUI, then for my second one 3 years later, he got it charged as a first offense with unlimited driving privileges. He’s awesome, knows exactly what he’s doing, and very good at calming people down when they are extremely worried, especially me!!

I want to be blunt and be honest with you all I gave Eric hell I was so terrified facing a third ovi on top of already having a physical control as well Within 10 years I knew I had messed up just going threw life I spoke with Eric and I immediately hired him I was so confident after speaking with him never did he tell me anything wrong once I hired him in weeks went on I got cold feet in kept sending long paragraphs to him with questions on my behalf not one time did he not respond to me Eric kept reassuring me with information leading me to believe that I would be okay Not telling me what I want to hear but advising me with the truth with that being said Eric put in a lot of work a lot motions on my behalf I don’t wish this on anyone but if you need an attorney I recommend Eric tremendously very professional he has a lot of knowledge he’s very understanding & he works with you during your whole process I wanna thank you for all that you did for me You deserve more then 5 starts putting up with me in putting up a fight Thank you so much Hire him you cannot Go wrong

Eric literally had my back through my whole case. I reached out to him while trying to shop for lawyers when I caught my first OVI case and he literally told me everything that could and would happen he didn’t pressure me to hire him he literally took my concern and told me he would do the best to help. While having my case I caught another case for driving under a OVI car was towed and everything at this time this was not Eric’s case because I had only hired him for my prior OVI case he still answered all my questions and walked me threw what I needed to do to retain my vehicle back. Eric literally got both of my charges dropped I now don’t have a OVI and I don’t need driving privileges he got my license back and got my OVi charge dropped to physical control. My other case he took on and also got that charge dropped from driving under OVI suspension to failure to show license. He told me he would do the best he could and he did just that I didn’t have to hound him down he simply just did his job. He is also very understanding on payments and communicates very well. I thank him so much because I am going to nursing school soon and this could have turned out so bad for me had he not fought to get my charges dropped down. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Eric is awesome I was facing my very first dui charge and I was beyond terrified ! He was able to get me a physical control no jail time license suspension terminated , just a year of probation and a fine ! I’m so grateful for this amazing lawyer he really saved me and Xmas is coming I really thought I was going to have a much worse outcome than what I got and he fought for me ! Eric, was able to accomplish the unthinkable! I walked away from my case with no OVI conviction, immediate reinstatement of my license, and zero points! This is all after blowing over four times the legal limit. Eric, showed extreme compassion, took his job, very serious, and actively looked for and found errors with my arrest.
