We searched on line for an immigration lawyer who could speak Spanish and English to help my wife on her green card application after getting married through a K-1 visa. We came across with Jennifer Peyton for her great reviews and we were not disappointed. She and her staff were very nice, understanding and patience. She filed our case in October 2015, in January 2016 my wife already had her US. Permanent Residence card. We are very very pleased with Jennifer. She really cares about you and getting your case moving. We will hire her again for my wife's Citizenship application in 3 years. We recommend her highly for their professionalism and ethics. In the summer of ‘14, my wife and I hired Jenna Peyton to guide us through the immigration process (moving from Canada to the USA). Our dealings with her from our first consultation meeting to the point where we achieved my Green Card were professional, informative, efficient and helpful. Jenna was always prompt in getting back to us regarding questions that we had and she consistently demonstrated courtesy and tact during the course of our application process. Some aspects of the nature of our process were stressful, but we could always count on Jenna for clear, thorough and honest advice during these difficult times. I seeked help for an immigration problem,and I met counselor Peyton after a terrible experience with a previous counselor.Counselor Peyton had a good understanding to the case ,she gave the best advices and we won at the end. I surprised by her speaking some Arabic words and aware about costumes. I think the most important thing about her is she knows the court very well,she is confident and she don't look to clients as a bank if anyone understands what I mean. We came to Jennifer with my moms' case facing deportation and many immigration issues. Jennifer took the case and did well and beyond to prevent my mom from being deported. Her professionalism and approach towards the case was outstanding. My mom has been here in the U.S for 24 years, 2 months and 20 days. This past Friday March 20,2014 she was finally granted her green card. I have to mention, that Jennifer also helped me to get my green card a few years ago and thanks to her I now have my citizenship.
