I'd contacted Attorney Jennifer Peyton to help with our complicated Immigration process to obtain Legal Permanent Status here (Green Cards). She was referred to us by Attorney Stacy Cozart. Jennifer was our 1st and the only attorney worked on our Asylum case (and we thank God for that) we read stories about attorneys who torture their clients. Her initial consultation was FREE, she heard our story and she told us her expectations for the case. From our 1st meeting we felt so comfortable, she's a friendly person, she knows exactly what she's doing and the office assistants are great to the clients. When it comes to her legal fees they are reasonable among other attorneys in the area, and she doesn't like to talk about the money, she concerns more about the case, she even offered us a finance plan to pay the fees (which we really needed then). When it comes to filing the applications and the paper works for the case, she take care of every single detail and she double check everything and she take notes while she's listening to you. When we saw the paper works and the efforts we felt then that we are in good hands, Before the Asylum interview, she met us in her office to be prepared for the interview ( this actually reduced our stress). In our interview day with the Asylum officer, she showed up early and tried to make us relax before we were interviewed, in the interview it went emotional for my wife and Jennifer was really caring for her. We finally are granted and Jennifer did an awesome job. She's not a good attorney she's a PERFECT attorney, we do thank her so much for everything.

Jennifer is by far, the best attorney we have ever worked with! She is honest, trustworthy, and knows immigration law inside out. We came to Jennifer in a time of crisis as my husband was in detention awaiting an Expedited Removal. Considering he illegally crossed on a bar, his chances of being given a Stay were slim to none. Lawyer after lawyer told us there was no possibility of stopping the deportation. However, Jennifer didn't accept that. She immediately went to work contacting U.S. Senators' offices and advocacy organizations, pleading our case. ICE approved a very rare six month Stay of Removal. After that, she gave us advice on exactly the next steps we needed to take and she set us up with an advocacy organization who made us an appointment to speak directly to a Senator at the Statehouse. Absolutely amazing! My husband is now in the process of receiving his work permit and he is no longer in danger of deportation. Jennifer accomplished what every other attorney told us was impossible! We are so incredibly grateful for what she did for us. She saved our family from being torn apart. She was there for us in our time of crisis, available long after business hours. She is passionate about what she does and will fight strong for your case. I highly recommended her and have already had several family members schedule consultations.
