It take forever to speck with someone. The hold time is crazy. When you talk with someone the more is not much they can do. Have a better listing of service. This will reduces call and hold time.

Poor service and response time. I actually had to go in person to get there attention. First I had to do an intake on line which I spent 1.5 hours doing only to have them say they can't help me

Not helpful at all. Persons answering the phone, some are very rude, no knowledge on who to transfer you to.

Legal aide is GARBAGE! Sitn around collecting checks for NOT helping people. And 99 percent of the time, they have attitudes on their call backs.

I waited on hold for 15 minutes. They gave me the option of having someone call back, but it didn't do anything when I pressed "1". Eventually the robot just hung up on me because it said they are experiencing a higher call volume.
How are you supposed to help people when you're hanging up after making them wait 15 minutes...?
