I am from Detroit Suburbs and was in need of advice from a Securities Lawyer to get my money back from an Annuity suggested to me by a broker that turned out to have little integrity and numerous complaints against him with 4 settlements against him. My large Investment was not in my best interest. I spoke with Mr. Jason Albin numerous times via phone. He graciously guided me to know my legal rights and correct legal terminology to use with the Insurance Annuity Company. As a result, I was able to get all of my money back without suit. Mr. Albin was generous with his time. My case was not big enough for his firm to take on, yet Jason Albin cared enough about helping me that he guided me and helped me without charge. This is rare. He is kind and educated me as to the rights I had. We spoke for 20 minutes on a couple of occasions. and he really was interested in my case. As a result of his advice, I was able to craft my own letter to a large insurance company and get my full return on my original investment. This is often unheard of without surrender charges. His kindness, patience, and true caring was above and beyond. He was steady, patient with my story and beyond helpful to empower me to create my own win. I would not have been able to do this without him. In a world that is so selfish today, finding Jason Albin was a true treasure and rarity. I HIGHLY recommend this firm and Mr. Jason Albin, specifically. His secretary, Susie (Suzy?), was just as kind and friendly as he was to me and consistently this way on the three separate times I called. They both made me feel like a first class client.
